1. Ethanol is the best because it requires to grow corn and it would create more jobs and it would be better for us. 2. "What happens if there is too much wind and the perpelers falls off?" 3. "Can geothermal energy harm people because it is linked to earthquakes?" To Hannya 4. "So are you willing to risk millions of lives just to get your hair straightener? To Maryjane 5. "Wind doesn't blow everyday!!" 6. "How are you gonna stop tornados? How are you going to stop earthquakes?"

Hannya Ortiz: All the points being made like biofuels or ethanol you need to grow something in order to produce this energy, geothermal relies on the sun shining on earth, and it's renewable.
The places you put the factories are put in places where there isn't a big population or any at all.
To construct any facilities it takes money no matter what.

Summarize: Jose said.... - Answered a question about what energy source he had, "Nuclear energy"
- Asked, "Why do we need more gas?"
- "What if there is no wind?"
- "How expensive is it?
- "If gas is more expensive, won't people complain?
- "Not as much as wind energy."
Probing Questions: do you think that your own source is reliable and why?

1. ) My energy source is biofuels and it takes the oil from plants and makes energy from it. Biofuels are more efficient because according to.... creates more jobs 2.) How do your pros outweigh the cons of your energy source?

Kharoline: - Ethanol is the best because using e85 is clearer and helps cars function smoothly and may be costly but it is not harmful. - Ethanol is a re newable and with left over resources, they can go into other factors. -

To summarize what Julian said natural gas is not toxic and you have to consume it for hours in order to harm you. To go against nuclear power it affected the nature and people of Japan in a negative way. The solution is to prevent anti rust so it won't leak.

My partner is Hilary Hernandez -To summerize what Hilary said natural gas would be perfered more than ethanol because they both are better for the environment but ethanol is more expensive that natural gas. -clarified Jessica's answer by adding info that I couldn't really hear what she said -actual turbines have to be connected to the generated to have the energy to go through

When your partner speaks: 1. My partner,Wendy, said," that there is ways that the plants can be strengthen to hold the nuclear energy.'' 2. What I think Wendy was trying to say was that the plants of nuclear energy are strong enough and that an accident hasn't happend in a while. 3.Wendy, I think the quote that you used during the seminar about nuclear energy meeting the energy demands of our country was misunderstood, what I think the quote meant was that it doesnt need a lot of pellets that one pellet can produce energy for a whole city.

Natural gasses reduce carbon emissions Natural gases are less toxic Natrual gases saves money.
How are natural gases less expensive. What is the proces to obtain Natrual gasses

1. What Ibrahim said was that we as Americans don't use all the gas underneath us. He also said that the solution to finding gas, is a spray that can show you were a leak has happened or if there's any leak at all.
2. What I think Ibrahim was trying to say to the group was more like why would we want to end the use of gas, when others harm the environment much more.
3. Ibrahim, I think that when you said gas is everywhere and we're going to always have it, the group didn't understand you so well. What I think you were trying to say was that we need to conserve as much as we can, and we can find a solution to make more energy.

1.) Under America, we are under an abundant source of Natural Gas. 2.) if your use is completely useless across the country, why would we use it? 3.) I thought that using biofuels to light a light bulb, you need 10k watts?

1) Corn is made out of sugar cane, not just ethanol and we've already been using it for 30 years. Ethanol is also another source of biofuels. 2) what she tries to day is that ethanol creates 365,000 jobs in America increasing household revenue by 28 billion dollars. 3) would ethanol, if used at the 100% in United States fluctuate the price of food?

Daniel asked a question to the Natural Gas group stating, "water paint? I never heard of it". I think Daniel meant to say how is it possible to use 'water paint' to prevent the troubles for natural gas. Daniel, if you could improve your resource, which disadvantages would you improve?

My partner is Jesus Ramirez.
My partner said: "Geothermal energy cause lots of earthquakes and hurt places." "Dams causes lots of droughts in California how would it benefit us."
Questions he asked: "doesn't geothermal cause earthquakes."
